OnBoresight Engineering was founded by engineers and program managers who spent careers inside the programs that matter most — defense acquisition, aerospace development, and critical government initiatives. We saw firsthand how the right technical expertise, applied at the right moment, determines whether a program succeeds or stalls.
We built OnBoresight to be the firm we always wished existed: deeply technical, mission-focused, and free from the overhead and bureaucracy that slows larger organizations down. Our team brings decades of combined experience across systems engineering, program management, digital engineering, and AI-enabled solutions.
